Yogurt Pops

Using locally grown blueberries and strawberries combined with creamy Greek yogurt produced in the Pacific NW, we created the North Idaho twist on the Mexican Ice Pop, or Paleta. We strove to create a product with a short list of quality ingredients that showcase locally grown fruit, without overpowering them with sweeteners. 

Blueberry Yogurt Pop: Fresh frozen blueberries grown at the Shingle Mill Blueberry Farm are embedded in light, lemon infused, cane sugar syrup, mixed with honey and Greek yogurt. It is the perfect balance of citrus, creamy goodness and a handful of the undisputed, and unadulterated, Queen of superfruits: the blueberry. 

Strawberry Yogurt Pop: A lightly sugared puree of strawberries and lemon juice, marbled into a mixture of Greek yogurt, heavy whipping cream and vanilla. We aim to please the palate with a “just right” blend of sweet, creamy, tangy and strawberry superfruit yumminess. Its also beautiful to look at. 

Fruitsicles

Think the “Otter Pop”, of your childhood, but WAY more wholesome. Our fruitsicles are mostly fruit, pureed with other fruit juices for sweetening, a dash of cane sugar, lemon juice and salt, to make all the flavors “pop” (pun intended). Our fruitsicles, available in strawberry or blueberry, are the perfect treat for kids (of all ages) to beat the heat without resorting to artificial colors, flavors and preservatives.
